General Tasks
- Gameplay: Concept, Prototyping, Testing, and further iteration. (See: Gameplay)
- UI: Using feedback from playtests the UI design has been iterated multiple times throughout development. DoTween is used for animation and to save on performance.
- Automation: Using GameCI for deployment to Steam,
- Polish: Be it saving settings, improving animations, adding SFX/VFX, Refactoring, etc.
- Coordination:
- Giving out tasks, maintaining the Kanban boards, removing unnecessary tasks
- Follow work packages from concepts to final implementations into the game
- Game tests
- Marketing: Island Bender features a GIF-Recording tool, that saves the last kill as a gif. This and additional content is uploaded to social media such as Reddit, Tiktok, Twitter,…
- Exhibitions
- Preparing merch such as Post Cards, Rollout Posters, etc.
